GES Confex Exhibition
Brief:
We need to showcase our stand that we have had built for the Confex Show as well as show all the services we provide to others for exhibitions.
Challenges:
The main challenge here was to ensure we could get the shots we needed of the stand to ensure it really showed off how impressive it was. we also had to make sure that the interviews all showcased the services that GES provides around the world.
Solutions:
We were shown the designs of the stand beforehand so we had a good idea of how impressive it was going to be. We also wanted to show how busy it was there so we added in a bit of timelapse. We prepared a series of questions and ran them by the client to ensure we would be getting the answers that were needed. We feel all this prep work help to produce a slick and well produced video, which perfectly reflects GES.
